Park House Partners initiated – and acts as advisor to – a newly established property investment vehicle ‘Park House Partners Property Opportunity 1’, a Dublin, Ireland-based ICAV, owned and managed by IQ-EQ.

The objective of this venture is to identify and select promising investment opportunities, mainly in the commercial property sector (with, in addition, selective residential targets) in the D-A-CH region and in the UK. On occasion PHPL will consider niche opportunities in other European countries.

In this area PHPL works as advisor or agent, making sure that the client is fit for its next phase of growth, seeking the correct amount of capital and finding the corresponding type of investor who will support the client’s ambitions.
