Michael Bauer

Michael has 38 years’ experience in the financial services industry. For ten years he worked for two major British investment banks in UK primary and secondary capital markets, building top-rated client service teams covering European institutional clients. In 1996 he devised, and became the co-founder and CEO of, Pall Mall Partners Ltd (PMPL), an alternative fund management and advisory business. In 2007, when the AuM of PMPL had risen to €700 Mio+, Michael sold his interest in a management buyout and concentrated henceforth on building a dedicated VC business, Pall Mall Technology Ventures. Following a period as an advisor to several start-ups in Austria and Germany, Michael devised and founded Park House Partners LLP in 2021. At PHPL he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, as well as the development of relationships with potential investors and investment targets.
