Identifying Opportunities

Park House Partners initiated and acts as advisor to a newly established property investment vehicle ‘Park House Partners Property Opportunity 1’, a Dublin, Ireland based ICAV owned and managed by IQ-EQ.

The objective of this venture is to identify and select promising investment opportunities, mainly in the commercial property sector and selective residential targets in the D-A-CH region and the UK. On occasion PHPL will consider niche opportunities in other European countries.

PHPL has won partners with specialist knowledge and established track records to join them in this venture.
